How does this work exactly?
By shopping at our online mall, or by completing offers on our site you will earn Charity Dollars which you can donate to the charity of your choice!  You will also receive an equal amount of reward points which you can use to redeem tons of great free prizes at our free rewards store!

Do you share my information with anyone?
No, we do not reveal email addresses, or any other personal information to anyone.

Will I earn money for charity if I forget to shop through ProjectCharity.com?
No. If you wish to earn money for charity and also earn reward points, you must first login to your account at ProjectCharity.com, and then click on the stores in the mall to shop.

What types of rewards can I get by donating for free to charity?

I've completed an offer, but when I log into my account, I don't see my account updated?
We update the offer statistics once per day.  Some offers may take more than one day to reflect in your account.  These offers will say "approval" beneath them.

What charities can I donate to?

The charity I want to donate to, is not on your list of charities you are affiliated with.  Why?
There are literally millions of different charities and we simply can't list them all.  We stick to charities that are well known and trusted.  If you would really like for us to add the charity of your choice to our site, please email us the details of the charity Here.

How do you give the money to the charities?
ProjectCharity will donate to each charity directly from the charities web site on the 10th of every other month for the previous two month's donations. We will be posting confirmation screen shots and any letters we receive from the charities so you can rest assured 100% of your donations are given promptly to the charity of your choosing!

Can I claim the amount donated to charity on my taxes?
No, the money that is donated on your behalf through projectcharity.com is not deductible on your taxes.
